La reforma según las necesidades del cliente redistribuye la zona de servicio del piso reutilizando la circulación lateral hacia el patio del edificio existente en el proyecto original. La ampliación de la cocina y la zona de lavandería así como la creación de un aseo de visitas son la base funcional de la propuesta.
El volumen de la zona de servicios el cual es adyacente a la zona social se dilata del techo por una ventana en esquina, ademas se recubre con un panel de madera generando una unidad con la madera existente en carpinterías, suelo y techo.
The renovation according to the needs of the client redistributes the service area of the apartment reusing the lateral circulation towards the patio of the existing building in the original project. The expansion of the kitchen and the laundry area as well as the creation of a guest toilet are the functional basis of the proposal.
The volume of the service area which is adjacent to the social area is expanded from the ceiling by a corner window, it is also covered with a wooden panel, creating a unity with the existing wood in doors, windows, floor and ceiling.
